In a world that teaches men to always stay strong, hold it together, and hide their emotions — it’s easy to lose touch with what’s real inside. When we keep everything buried — pain, stress, pressure — it doesn’t disappear. It builds up until it turns into disconnection, burnout, or even depression.
This retreat is a space to break that pattern.A safe, grounded environment for men to breathe, release, move, and reconnect — with themselves and with other men.
Hosted at the peaceful HingeTalu Retreat Center, surrounded by nature, silence, and warmth, this 3-day journey is designed for a small and intimate group — maximum 10 men — to go deep together.
💨The Experience:
You’ll take part in 5–6 guided 9D Breathwork journeys, beginning with emotional and physical release, and moving toward grounding, clarity, and inner connection.Each session uses immersive sound, guided voice, and powerful breath to calm the nervous system, release trauma, and awaken your natural strength and authenticity.
💪With Will — Mindful Movement & Strength
We’re joined by William, a calisthenics and movement coach who brings years of experience from gymnastics, biomechanics, and the military.Through mindful strength and mobility sessions, Will helps men rediscover control, balance, and connection between body and mind — using his Isometric Simulation Method (ISM) to build strength from the inside out.

Every evening, we’ll gather for sauna rituals — a space to unwind, reflect, and reset — followed by healthy, grounding meals that support your energy and recovery.

Meet Your Host – Liina
9D Breathwork Facilitator · Trauma Coach in Training · Space Holder

Hi, I’m Liina — the first certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator in Estonia, a trauma-informed guide, and a space holder devoted to helping people reconnect with their inner strength, safety, and clarity.
Breathwork became part of my life long before I ever planned to teach it. At a time when I felt disconnected from myself, breath was the one thing that brought me back — back into my body, back into presence, back into truth. Over the years, this practice became my everyday resource, my medicine, and eventually my calling.
Today I’ve guided hundreds of breathwork journeys, supporting people in releasing emotional weight, easing anxiety, softening stress patterns, and reconnecting with the parts of themselves they had forgotten or suppressed. Through this work, I’ve witnessed something deeply meaningful, when people feel safe enough to breathe fully, they also feel safe enough to feel fully — and that is where healing begins.
I am currently deepening my knowledge as a Trauma Coach in training, learning how trauma shapes the nervous system, the body, and our sense of identity. My approach combines:• nervous system regulation• breath-based emotional release• trauma-sensitive guidance• body awareness• inner connection and integration
For me, holding space for others is not just a skill — it is a responsibility. My intention is always to create a field where people feel supported, seen, and free to let go of whatever they no longer need to carry.
In this retreat, I will guide you through several powerful 9D Breathwork Journeys, designed specifically for men. Society often teaches men to be strong, silent, and self-contained — but real strength begins where honest connection begins. My role is to help you release the pressure, soften the armor, and reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself that are waiting to be heard again.
This retreat is not about perfection — it is about presence. Not about being “strong” — but learning your own strength in a new way. Not about doing more — but finally allowing yourself to feel, breathe, and reset.
I’m honored to hold this space for you. Together, we’ll explore what it means to be grounded, open, connected, and truly at home within yourself.
Meet Your Host – Will
Calisthenics Coach · Movement Specialist · Creator of the ISM Method

Hi, I’m Will — your movement and calisthenics coach for this retreat.
Movement has shaped my entire life. I began as a young gymnast, spending years learning precision, balance, and full-body awareness. Those early foundations taught me that true physical strength goes far beyond muscle — it is about connection, intention, and the ability to listen to your own body.
My path later took me to serve in the 473 Battery in the Army, where I was pushed to expand my physical and mental limits. Discipline, structure, and resilience became part of my training philosophy. I learned how to stay focused under pressure, how to stay grounded in discomfort, and how powerful the human body and mind become when they work together.
Driven by curiosity, I went on to study biomechanics and training science in depth. Over time, this exploration led me to develop the Isometric Simulation Method (ISM) — a unique approach that builds strength from the inside out. ISM focuses on internal tension, alignment, joint health, and body control, helping people create stability and power that feels effortless, natural, and sustainable.
Today, I’m building The Calisthenics Club, a community centered around mindful movement, skill development, and discovering what your body is truly capable of when trained with awareness.
At this retreat, I’ll be guiding you through movement sessions that blend:

My goal is for you to leave with not only better strength, but a deeper sense of confidence, control, and connection with your body. This retreat is about exploring your limits, releasing old patterns, and learning to move in a way that supports who you want to become — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

Helen is a warm-hearted, joyful, and deeply positive soul whose greatest passion is creating spaces where people feel truly welcomed, seen, and valued. She naturally brings softness and care into every room she enters — and this retreat will be no exception.
Cooking is Helen’s love language. She creates nourishing plant-based meals that comfort both the body and the heart, always experimenting with new flavors and recipes to bring grounding, healing food to the table. Nature is her place of inspiration: the sound of the sea, quiet forest paths, and the peace of her garden. Working with soil and plants brings Helen deep grounding — like roots connecting her to the earth. This grounded energy is something she brings beautifully into the retreat experience.
Timo

Timo has spent his life creating with his hands — for him, craftsmanship is a way of expressing presence, patience, and connection. Wood is the material that speaks to him most deeply: its warmth, scent, and natural life force inspire him to build pieces that feel alive. Every creation is like an intimate conversation with nature.
In recent years, Timo has journeyed into the world of conscious breathwork and is currently becoming a breathwork therapist. He believes that through breath we access truth — a direct connection to ourselves, our emotions, and the essence of life. This understanding guides how he holds space, how he listens, and how he supports others.
Timo is also the heart and hands behind HingeTalu, built from the ground up in harmony with the land. It is a sanctuary shaped by nature, silence, and intention — a place where peace, creativity, and inner stillness meet.
