Service Description
Join us for the 'AFTER WORK RESET' class event at Callery Cafe. After the breathwork session, participants can choose a meal included in the price. Please send a message with your food preference from the following options: Savoury 1: Beef tartare + soft drink/hot drink (Coca-Cola products, juice, coffee, tea) -Savoury 2: Potato pancakes with smoked salmon and poached egg + soft drink/hot drink (Coca-Cola products, juice, coffee, tea) Sweet 1: Crème brûlée + soft drink/hot drink (Coca-Cola products, juice, coffee, tea) -Sweet 2: Pancake with banana, chocolate and vanilla ice cream + soft drink/hot drink (Coca-Cola products, juice, coffee, tea)

Cancellation Policy Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. As we reserve your place and prepare the retreat based on participant numbers, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior approval from the retreat organizers. Health & Safety Our retreat includes guided 9D Breathwork®, sound healing, and other wellbeing practices. While these experiences are safe for most people, breathwork may not be suitable for everyone. Please do not participate in the breathwork sessions if you have any of the following conditions unless you have written approval from your healthcare provider: Pregnancy Epilepsy or a history of seizures Serious cardiovascular conditions, including recent heart attack, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or severe heart disease History of stroke or brain aneurysm Severe respiratory conditions that are not medically managed Recent major surgery or significant physical injury Detached retina or glaucoma Severe osteoporosis Current psychosis, schizophrenia, or other serious psychiatric conditions Bipolar disorder during a manic episode Any medical condition where intense breathing practices are not recommended by your physician If you are taking prescription medication, have any medical concerns, or are unsure whether breathwork is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider before attending and let us know in advance. By booking this retreat, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily, accept full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing, and agree to inform the facilitators of any relevant medical conditions before the retreat begins.
